Our Community 

We're committed to provide the highest quality coffee, nourishing, kind, and respectful environment in our work place as well as in our community that fosters cooperation, communication, safety, and growth - a sense of fulfilment and value for everyone at Nibbana. We provide tools for growth through education. We provide leadership skill training through department managers and supervisors who are motivated, responsible, caring, eager to learn, willing to listen, and follow through. We provide support for our employee wellness through meditation sessions/course and community men and women's meetings. We believe in creating a positive work environment with the culture of care by promoting open communication, recognizing achievements, and providing opportunities for professional and personal development.

Our priority is to value our community and employees by recognizing our human nature that we are capable to be good, deserve love and worthy to be loved. Our core value is to stay true to ourselves and our vision, treat ourselves and other with kindness, compassion, and respect. Together, we create a safe space for ourselves and everyone around us that fosters peace, non-violent and honesty that supports for personal growth.
